Users granted permission to retrospective via team unable to see/access new retrospective

Describe the bug
When one or more teams are added to a new retrospective, after saving users are unable to access the retrospective they have been granted permission too.

There seems to be a permission replication issue when granting users via a team they are unable to see or access the new Retrospective in the retrospectives dropdown list.

To work around the issue users, need to refresh permissions for their profile, click another area in the menu of the project and then open the Retrospectives extension again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click '...' next to retrospectives dropdown
2. Create new retrospective
3. Edit retrospective
4. Click Permissions tab
5. Select checkbox to add teams/group
6. Click 'Save' button
7. Then one of the users added via the team/group try to access the new retrospective shortly after.

Expected behavior
When groups are added to the new retrospective after saving users should able to access the retrospective however there is a delay (which can go up to around 24 hours).

This is likely a combination of factors. If the users on the team granted access are not a member of the team where the board is defined, then they will not be able to navigate directly to the retrospective board. However, they should be able to access the board via a link. This is currently a limitation of the Retrospective extension which supports displaying "My Teams" but not "All Teams".

So if the board was created for "Team A", and the permissions were set to allow "Team A" and "Team B", then users that are members of Team A should be able navigate directly to the board, but users that are members of Team B could navigate to the board only via "Copy Retrospective Link". (If user is member of both teams, then they can navigate directly.)
