Hi, I’m Miguel Vitta, a Software Engineering Intern currently working on AI systems based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with a strong focus on Python, backend development, and applied artificial intelligence.

I’m pursuing a Computer Science degree, building a solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, software engineering, and system design. In parallel, I’ve been deepening my experience with Python, developing backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that connect structured and unstructured data to modern AI systems.

My technical interests revolve around engineering reliable systems, not just writing code. I work primarily on Linux, value clean and maintainable code, and follow good practices around version control, testing, and environment standardization. I also have experience with web development fundamentals, having built basic websites and interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which helps me understand how backend systems are consumed in real-world applications.
