Let's try with an internal library. Symlinks have issues on Windows in general, afaik. |

This PR creates the
app,tests, andbenchmarksdirectories and moves files related to the executable, tests, and benchmarks inside them.I'm unsure if creating a symlink to share
Markdone.hsis okay, even though it was shared between the test and benchmark codes. An alternative method is to build an internal library.
