Now that HIndent can collect extensions from source codes, a cabal file, and commandline parameters, it is no longer needed.

Removes
HIndent.LanguageExtension.defaultExtensionsandHIndent.LanguageExtension.allExtensions.Now that HIndent can collect extensions from source codes, a cabal file,
and command line parameters, they are no longer needed.
