Support ESP32 C3 OLED board as a remote display #193

Description

@mitra42

This board is nice - dirt cheap and has a small 72x40 display which can work for example as a remote temperature or humidity indicator

The only tricky thing is that there is no board definition, most people seem to use lolin_c3_mini and then override things.

Documentation at https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007342383107.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.16.2f1d1802QIPyki#nav-specification
suggests that for I2C SDA=8 SCL=9 when its usually 8 and 10 I've also seen (but cant find again) some comments that the widely available docs are wrong so maybe try both.

  • I tried, and so far failed, to add a "Wire1" for the OLED as the C3_mini just has a single I2C and a second one will be needed if want to add a sensor.
  • Get the control_oled_sht working as an example of how to use it as a display
  • control_oled_sht should (probably through its base class) allow wiring from the UX
