Improve functionality of "tools" files

Potential improvements include multi-adding videos, removing videos, banning and un-banning videos, viewing all video IDs, changing admin status of existing users, removing and adding new users, pruning/crawling calling.

Just to be clear, this is for the files in the tools directory, and they are meant to be used from the terminal on the server, not the site itself.

It would be nice to have a "Clear history" tool for specific users when testing
