Make firefox_code_coverage usable via "mach"

This would make it easier to use by developers and more discoverable.

Depends on #238.

Once we do this, we should update the docs at https://wiki.developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Testing/Measuring_Code_Coverage_on_Firefox.
