After landing (and after a few days/weeks), we should update all users to use the new index URLs.
One user is in this repo (the frontend), the other is the coverage try selector (in mozilla-central, at tools/tryselect/selectors/coverage.py). I don't remember if we have other users too, but I don't think so.
