These tables have been validated (DENG-10876) so they are ready to be swapped over. Full plan in https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/DENG-10877
Output of this change in mozilla-services/mozilla-pipeline-schemas@68ea7d0. All schemas for these apps will change because they use the generic schema, but only the pings with v2 schemas will have changes to the bq files
incompatibility-allowlistdoesn't need to be updated because tables will be manually deleted while deploys are paused
