Cabal-Helper: Ambiguous target 'test:tasty'

Steps to reproduce:
Clone "dhall-haskell".
Open "dhall/src/Dhall.hs". In the logs, the following error should be shown:

cabal: Ambiguous target 'test:tasty'. It could be:
dhall-yaml:tasty (component)
dhall-json:tasty (component)
dhall:tasty (component)
