Aurelian has one ticket to read at December Forum.
Howard reviews PR 688 and 617.
Martin reviews PR 736. Dan says brings up the issue of spill-over. He thinks we should state how spill-over or not works. Discussion of the names of the new functions. Discuss order of arguments to these new functions. Discuss dropping the use of global buffer verbiage. Should a different adjective be used? Dan thinks we need to have another scoping level for attaching buffers. Martin will try to add in these additional functions into the PR.
Ran out of time to get to Martin's presentation. That will be on the docket for next week.
