Dwarves speak with the wrong English accent

I just found this add-on and it's awesome. I started a Gnome mage, questing through Dun Morogh at the moment I noticed that dwarf NPCs have southern English accents, and they should of course speak with a Scottish accent. (Update: I found another dwarven NPC just now, Marleth Barleybrew, who does seem to hit some Scottish-sounding vowels, but overall the accent is quite inconsistent I'd say. This based on a single interaction with the NPC. Perhaps I'm hearing the AI struggling to produce the correct accent?)

Apologies if this is by design. I read somewhere on CurseForge that you were concerned with the Trolls not having the proper Jamaican accent, so I decided to open this issue and ask about the dwarves too.
