The Woodland Protector quest voiceover repeated from part 1 in part 2

The voiceover for part 2 of The Woodland Protector quest line is repeated from part 1. Being one of the starter quests for the night elves, I think this is an important one for first impressions.

To reproduce:

1. In the Night Elf starter zone, Shadowglen, Melithar Staghelm provides part 1 of The Woodland Protector, and this works as expected.
2. Speak to Tarindrella in the same zone to acquire part 2. This voiceover is a duplicate of part 1.
   Also, the portrait for part 2 is correct, but the animation is glitchy.
