Set attributes for SIR values with their interpretation history #170

After discussing in #168,

• Have each SIR value contain attributes about its interpretation from MIC/disk rules

  With at least:

  • About the clinical breakpoints used
    • Guideline name and year
    • Reference table name
    • Breakpoint used
    • Additional dependencies on rules, such as UTI or non-UTI
  • Original breakpoint* Metadata
    • MIC or disk as source
    • Date/time + timezone

Then,

• Update sir S3 methods to retain these attributes on data transformations

Afterwards,

• Update antibiogram() to be able to work with this
• Create functions to retrieve these data, also on data set level (e.g., recreate the output now available in sir_interpretation_history()
