[core] Unable to upgrade Lerna to 7.3.0 #40025
Description
It's not possible to upgrade Lerna to 7.3.0 or above as yarn release:version fails with:
lerna ERR! ERROR Not all tasks were run. This is likely a bug in Lerna.
It happened twice already:
It's not happening for Toolpad or X.
We should figure out what's going on.
After fixing it, renovate upgrades should be enabled as they were disabled in #40026
