Changes:
- Add a “#### Breaking Changes” section to
@mui/material@9.0.0-alpha.3and move the relevant entry into it. - Add “#### Breaking Changes” / “#### Changes” sections to
@mui/material@9.0.0-alpha.1and regroup entries accordingly.
