Consider moving this repo to helmfile github organization

Now when helmfile development has moved to a separate organization (https://github.com/helmfile) maybe it would be a good idea to move this project to it.

Bump; if I try "version = 0.145.0", then the internal shoal package manage fails, as it only knows up to 0.143.0.

@eigood In this issue, I meant moving terraform-helm-provdier repo to a helmfile organization.

As far as I understood, you report a problem with using modern versions of helmfile by this provider. I assume that you meant that it's caused by new versions of helmfile hosted in the different repo (in new helmfile organization). If it's so, maybe it would be better to create separate issue, describing this bug.

The bump is for trying to get development started up again, which is the underlying cause that we are trying to address.
