Fixed some more wrong offsets in glyphs and added the complete rest symbol range:

The build error on Windows is due to a bogus update to MSVC, had been discussed on Discord the other day, see https://discord.com/channels/818804595450445834/939880479887327302/1392585319202685028 The vtest errors though are most probably expected and OK |

Missing glyphs in Emmentaler font lead to an unpleasent mixture of Emmentaler and Bravura glyphs.
Using the latest Emmentaler version (from LilyPond 2.24.4) I added missing turn glyphs and fermata glyphs:
