Shadow Names in CMake

Problem Description

There are easily shadowable names in cmake (e.g. UT_TARGET) prefix them to avoid collison.

This can be found by looking for all variables set outside of function scope within fprime .cmake files. Rename them to use the FPRIME__INTERNAL_ prefix.
