Avoid master/slave terminology

For diversity reasons, it would be nice to try to avoid "master" and "slave" terminology which can be associated to slavery.

This issue is vague, in that it's unclear what action you expect. Given that Trick is an Open source project, perhaps you could submit a pull request that clarifies, and addresses your concerns. At that point, the pull request would be reviewed to determine whether it is a valuable contribution to the Trick community.

I recommend that this issue be closed in anticipation of a pull-request.
