fetchVCards from Radicale carddav server returns empty array

It seems to be a similar issue to these two: #222 #221

The issue I'm experiencing while using Radicale, after some debugging here, seems to be that fetchHomeUrl fails (radicale complains about an invalid body size for PROPFIND with length 0).

I've "solved it" by using a fork which allows me to set homeUrl (as well as rootUrl and principalUrl) when initializing the client, and avoid trying to find those. Then I can fetch address books and vCards.

Note that fork isn't as up-to-date with the types and such in this repo, so it might be missing something important I haven't had to use yet.
