Add raftz and ipqueue to audit gather

Since we have
nats-io/nats-server#6439
and
nats-io/natscli#1386

Let's add raftz to audit gather too?

Note that raftz doesn't allow to collect info from all accounts at once.
That was done on purpose, to avoid systemwide global pause.
So we will need to iterate through accounts and collect raftz for each one.
