FOR VERTIAS AI FELLOWSHIP PROJECT

To run this model, you will first have to dowload the Cogito Car Crash Dataset google drive(https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ao-wCdQkWRYJMtWlDLPQEg9_y9d5K803). Specifically the videos folder which contain the Normal videos and Car Crash videos
Then you must download the Crash_Table.csv from this Kaggle notbook(https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/asefjamilajwad/car-crash-dataset-ccd).
Then after that you have to create two folders named "test" and "train" to store whatever your model makes.
