Filter out Bloom nodes/relationshisp from schema

Since Bloom nodes, for example _Bloom_Perspective_, are to be used specifically for Bloom and nothing else, it doesn't make a lot of sense to include them in the get-schema tool response. Similar for the rels

I agree, seems reasonable to remove them from the get-schema output.
