"Wiki" command does nothing in web build

Tested on local html+js build.
Solution 1: disable command for this target
Solution 2: somehow fix it

Probably it is the browser blocking the javascript application from opening new windows/tabs.

As far as I know this cannot be fixed so solution 1 is the way to go.
