Selective Show/Hide Table Columns

Allow users to selectively show and hide table columns for Node and Edge tables

• Quickly resize or hide column?
  • Use a popup menu with ✓ to show/hide columns? Use a gear icon in the first table head cell to set?
  • Allow showing/hiding "sets" e.g. Provenance/History.
  • Instead of menu, use a popup window with checkboxes?
• Collapse portions of columns? e.g. "Provenance" section and "History" section?
• Table Management Buttons
  • Clear/Reset Table
