Installer error message when installing AxonSeg on OSX

After downloading the Mac version of AxonSeg, I tried installing it and obtained the following errors.

@oumayb Where did you get this file to install? I've never installed ADS on my Mac this way.

@oumayb ah ha sorry! I thought this was posted in the AxonDeepSeg project, not AxonSeg. Nevermind!

These installation files were mostly made for people who do not have some of the toolboxes we use in AxonSeg (Tanguy made them but I personally never tested). In your case you do not need to use the application version, you can simply clone the repo and use directly (https://github.com/neuropoly/axonseg#toolbox).

Thanks @alzaia. @jcohenadad I don't have much experience using Matlab so it will probably take me more time to use it to get the ground truths.

@oumayb sorry for that. This is due to a new security from Mac Os Sierra
apparently (

).

In order to fix this (assuming AxonSeg_Mac.app is in your download
folder):
1- open a terminal
2- copy/paste the command sudo xattr -d com.apple.quarantine ~/Downloads/AxonSeg_Mac.app
3- enter your password
4- That's it! Double-click on the installer AxonSeg_Mac.app to run it
