Copied flat files into a new repo to avoid accidentally exposing anything secret. It might look tidy now, but this one commit contains several days and nights of sweat, tears, pain and despair. Nah not that bad really, but quite a lot of exploration. Hopefully it sort of mostly works now.
This reverts commit 0b02584.
- Skills renamed hackathon-{deploy,teardown,debug,maps}
- Reference docs moved to references/ subdirs
- All paths updated to hackathon-infra/ prefix
- Integrated safety rules into root CLAUDE.md
- Simplified hackathon-infra/CLAUDE.md to pointer

- user_data.sh: sparse checkout from nf-core/ops instead of archived hackathon-infra repo - READMEs: update .claude/skills/ refs to .agents/skills/hackathon-*/ - .gitignore: document why dist/ is intentionally tracked - user_data.sh: docker compose v2 plugin instead of standalone v1 binary
