- Upgraded mocha tests to use newest features
- Use Chai instead of expect.js (since mocha tests no longer run on the browser)
- Use ESLint instead of JSHint
- Update DEV dependencies

Dropped support for cross-browser mocha tests (since qunit tests take care of this)
Includes code upgrades
Also adding Safari to Sauce browser matrix
