I have five "GE Lighting Cync Outdoor Smart Plug, Alexa and Google Assistant Compatible, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Enabled, No Hub Required" each smart plug has two outlets that can be controlled speretly. Unluckally the HA integration treats each smart plug as a single outlet, not allowing me to controlled them individually.

Thank you for the help, it is now working. As you stated there were two different entities. One for the full device, and second entities for each component under the full device.
