Paolo Insogna (@ShogunPanda) is the main maintainer of llhttp and one of the key people in maintaining the HTTP stack. He has also participated in most of the collab summits and various activities of the project.

It is my privilege to nominate Paolo Insogna to the Node.js TSC.

As per - https://github.com/nodejs/TSC/blob/main/TSC-Charter.md#section-3-establishment-of-the-tsc additioin to the TSC is done through a standard TSC motion. Since there are no objections and +9s I believe we can conclude consensus has been reached.

I'll start the onboarding process.

• Change the new member's role in the GitHub nodejs organization to Owner.

• Add them to the @pkgjs/node-tsc team.
• Invite them to the HackerOne Node.js team.
  Have them turn on two-factor authentication after they have joined.

• Add them to the nodejs-tsc Google Group as owners, so they receive Calendar invites for TSC meetings.

• Update https://github.com/nodejs/create-node-meeting-artifacts/blob/main/templates/invited_tsc to reflect membership in the TSC. - PR to add - Update invited_tsc create-node-meeting-artifacts#150
• Inform them of the TSC meeting password.
• Ask them what is their handle on OpenJS Slack – and ask them to create one if they haven't one already. Add that handle to the #nodejs-tsc channel.
