This PR documents why the onbuild image variant does not install according to npm shrinkwrap. See discussion in #65.

This should be back-ported to https://github.com/docker-library/docs/tree/master/node

@tianon @yosifkit any suggestion on how to better keep the documentation for the Node.js Docker Image better in sync with the one at Docker Hub?

Hmm, good question; I don't think we have a good answer to that unfortunately. 😞

What we do in the docker-library-maintained repos is just link to the image Hub page for documentation, and use the Hub page as the official canonical source of docs instead of trying to mirror it, but it's not an ideal strategy.
