Native module compilation with io.js 2.x.x

I'm opening this issue to track modules needing updates to nan dependency (or something else) for io.js 2.0.0 compatibility.

This will be a lot of work... there are a lot of libraries with old nan versions. Just search for a couple of entries.

I am not very used to querying CouchDB but this request seems to give all npm modules that have nan as dependency: https://skimdb.npmjs.com/registry/_design/app/_view/dependentVersions?startkey=[%22nan%22]&endkey=[%22nan!%22]&reduce=false

We need to find a better way to handle this. As I see it we have two routes:

• Automate the updating of all these modules in npm/github.
• Take nan in to core.
