When/if regular meetings are scheduled through the calendar they can be auto-generated with a PR to https://github.com/nodejs/create-node-meeting-artifacts

Awesome, I was going to setup a doodle today to pick the time and set the first one. If there are any other suggestions you have to help make getting this off the ground smooth, please offer up suggestions!

I'm in flavor of a doodle as multiple team members are in different timezone.

Lets try to select a few days at first: #9

When all that is sorted I will open the meeting as recommended and close this issue, further conversation should follow in the other issues.

Hey, so @mhdawson I was looking at this last night but had a few questions:

  1. How do I get the event on the calendar? (GH issue somewhere?)
  2. Does this create the GH issue like you create for the PM WG ones? Timezone table, tagged issues etc?
  3. The instructions on usage are pretty sparse, can you point me in the right direction to get started?

For now I am just going to manually make the invite issue, but it would be great to get this working for the regular ones from there on out.

  1. I can add the event to the calendar, have done so for the current meeting and set to repeat every 2 weeks. We can adjust when we agree on ongoing time and frequency.

  2. Yes, it use the same template with the timezone info etc. and pulls based on a tag that is set.

  3. In terms of creating templates If you can just take the ones for the package-maintenance team, clone them, tweak, and the submit a PR I can do the final cleanup. (There are 4 files, look for the equivalents that have package-maintenance in the name as the starting point)
