Description##

This PR adds a new section "Conference Etiquette Guidelines" to the Participant Selection page. The guidelines have been adapted from a set of conference best practices and reformatted to align with the cookbook's inclusive and professional tone.

Changes##

  • Added a new section "Conference Etiquette Guidelines" to 09_participant_selection.md
  • Organized guidelines into 10 clear, actionable points focusing on:
    Professional conduct
    Respectful interaction
    Inclusive behavior
    Health and safety considerations
  • Formatted guidelines to maintain consistency with existing cookbook style
    Reframe guidelines to be constructive and supportive rather than prohibitive

Hi @aterrel, I have rebased the gcd-guidline branch onto the latest main branch as requested, ensuring that my changes are now isolated and do not include any updates from unrelated pull requests. Please let me know if there's anything else you'd like me to adjust or clarify.

There are still numerous white space edits and collisions with other files. Try updating to remove the conflicts and only edit files where you are making substantial changes.
