[Suggestion] Hide `iojs` and node.js versions before `v0.8.0` by default for `ls-remote`

IMO, hide iojs and node.js versions before v0.8.0 by default for nvm ls-remote will be better. Anyone agree with me?
And if they want to see all the versions could use a command like nvm la-remote which means ls all of remote.

ls already means "all". You can filter down to a major or minor version number with nvm ls-remote 0.10 or nvm ls-remote 4 if you like.
