Thanks! one small fix (please rebase it down to the one commit) and i'll merge it

Includes references to `nvm` plugin for Oh My Fish framework,
which implements not only a fish wrapper to official `nvm` script,
but also provides completions.

Done! Now fish users can use nvm seamlessly 🍻
