[feature request] Add native option to get leapp-report files from the given leapp run

We consider to actively use leapp-inspector as the main tool for leapp run data collection (as leapp.db file is collected as a test artifact), and it would be great if we could extract leapp reports natively.

Something like leapp-inspector --context a28cbcde-0c5c-41eb-b0e3-fc3c2b67e1bb get-report-file --type json would make us very happy :)

I would just replace get-report-file by simple report :)
