Upgrade `lints` to `0.2.7`

lints:0.2.6 still flags abstract formations with a single @ attribute as redundant wrapping via sparse-decoration, even when the @ expression contains a ^ reference that defines a real ρ-binding boundary (objectionary/lints#963). It also flags @todo/@fixme comment markers as not starting with a capital letter via comment-not-capitalized (objectionary/lints#805). Both are fixed in 0.2.7.

It would be nice to bump lints in eo-maven-plugin/pom.xml: 0.2.6 → 0.2.7.
