uses d3.contourDensity ; allows to group the values by z.

An open issue is how to distinguish the color that comes from the grouping (z), and the color that comes from the threshold (inside a series).

nicer colors

however setting thresholds opens new questions:
- should it be only a number?
- why do density contours select "meaningful" thresholds?
