Periodic archival run

Hey there,

should there be another archival run scheduled? If so, when would be a good time? Or has the recent discussion moved that we need some other mechanisms?

I'm also wondering about the minimal supported OCaml version (currently 4.08), was that connected to what debian-stable provides? Since they released "trixie", it is now 5.3... Would it hurt to update it to 4.14 for the opam-repository (what the OCaml core team as well declared as LTS)?

The last one was in June, right? We settled on "no-less than every six month" on the original plan. To begin with, I would probably stick to 6 months, which would make the archive around to beginning/mid december. This should give us time to agree on the next point.

This is something for which it may be worth to check the community opinion. I would feel better jumping to 4.10 or 4.12, but I think it is only because I am becoming an "old fart" :P
I am happy to follow the collective opinion, but we should probably check what people are supporting now and why.
