"Klage prüfen" dialoge does not work for NRW

Hey,

I just wanted to submit a case to be considered to be brought to a court of law. However the form wouldn't let me since I selected 2 documents for the same category. However my case only consist of 2 documents. My request and the denial from the authority as in NRW there is no Widerspruchsverfahren.
