joinfs.pfx file

I'm Renato Ireca , CEO of the virtual airline Virtual Over Italy (virtualoveritaly.net). We've been using JoinFS to enhance our operations and are currently customizing some of the forms to better match our branding.

While modifying the source code, I realized that access to the joinfs.pfx file is needed to compile the changes correctly. Could you provide the access credentials for this file, or guide me on how to proceed with these modifications securely? We assure you that all changes are strictly cosmetic and aimed at enhancing our user interface.

Hi Renato,

just going from memory, that temporary pfx certificate file can become out of date after a while so that is perhaps what has happened. What I used to do is create a new joinfs.pfx file. This can be done from the project settings, something like security settings. When you create a new file I think it requests a new password to be used. Once you have created it, you also need to edit the project file and towards the bottom you will see a command that uses the pfx and uses the above password. To edit the project file you can close the project from the hierarchy list, right click on the project and choose Edit Project. This will open the project text file so you can edit it directly. Save and close the file, then open it normally again in Visual Studio. It should then build the project successfully.

Thanks Peter, I will try to follow your instructions.
another small change that I intend to make, and I suggest to do it in general, is to increase the MaxLength of Text_HubVoiP, Text_HubDomain and Text_HubEvent, as I find that for certain links 40 characters of limit are not enough
