Add support for multiple selections

We have preliminary support for list() datatypes in VALVE: ontodev/valve.rs#99

We need to add frontend support for this to Nanobot.

I would like to try to use https://github.com/ericgio/react-bootstrap-typeahead, which will mean learning how to use React with this project.
