Two issues need to discuss:

1. The new pipeline for faqgen including RAG components embedding/reranking/retriever, which does not exist at the original Faqgen and looks not necessary. (Example: https://github.com/opea-project/GenAIExamples/blob/main/ChatQnA/docker_compose/intel/hpu/gaudi/compose_faqgen.yaml)
2. For faqgen, it should be important to support uploading a file as input. I think chatqna-ui don't have this.

ChatQnA Helm chart already has a lot of values files. IMHO it would be better to still retain separate Helm chart for FaqGen functionality (one that now starts ChatQnA with --faqgen arg or sets CHATQNA_TYPE env var).

It's true we already have many values files for chatqna.
The major issue if we keep separate faqgen helm chart is, the GenAIExample directory for FaqGen is already removed, and user would not have way of accessing the faqgen helm chart(No links, No README etc).

ChatQnA Helm chart already has a lot of values files. IMHO it would be better to still retain separate Helm chart for FaqGen functionality (one that now starts ChatQnA with --faqgen arg or sets CHATQNA_TYPE env var).
