Ensure notes on the principles are all addressed so the section can be removed

The "notes" on the principles should each be addressed so they are no longer necessary to live there and that temporary section is removed entirely. This is what principles committee agreed to during the pre-release editing phase.

They should be either resolved, or added to the next best supporting document location (in glossary, best practices, use cases, etc). IMO this is important for a v1.0.0 release.
