Application crashs at first strartup

I followed the installation instruction for Ubuntu Version 22.04, but when I run it crashes.
Below the foreground output starting it from command line:

Could you check if the geocoding-apiuser has write permissions to the data directory?

Hi,
I verified and the permissions of /var/lib/geocoding-api folder seems ok.
drwxrwxr-x 3 geocoding-api geocoding-api 4096 Dec 7 09:13 geocoding-api/
and these are the permissions inside the folder:

:/var/lib/geocoding-api$ ll
