Linux needs this header to use int64_t and uint64_t

I used #536, nearly identical, but your editor changed an extra line. Not sure what character, but it was easier to merge the other PR. Thanks for the submission.

I just fixed the typo typdef -> typedef on the line above...Oww...you took the other one:(
