Changes
This is addressing the first item from: #1851
Provides a Settings UI within the React Native app and exposes a setting for the frontend proxy URL. Previously this was hard-coded to be localhost so you had to run the app on an emulator on the same machine where you were running the demo, now you can point to other running demo environments from the device.
