[opentelemetry-php-instrumentation] php_opentelemetry , windows stable php version 8.5 #2087
Description
On Pecl, we have .dll file for php version 8.5 but on github releases, it has till php 8.4, doing the auto instrumentation a php application which is on php version 8.5.1.
Is the pecl php_opentelemetry.dll is stable for php 8.5 for auto instrumentation for legacy libraries specifically http/curl

Thanks for the report. 8.5 is missing from the build matrix, and it looks like 8.4+ is currently broken due to incorrect MSVC version being used: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-php-instrumentation/actions/runs/35718934972/job/106716993904#step:6:74
I'll get that building and make sure it fails better in future.
As to your other question, yes it's stable but you do need to install other packages (or write your own, depending on how "legacy" you mean) so actually generate telemetry from libraries.
